The purchase contract is concluded with Zefi Beauty GmbH.
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these articles. You can initially place our products in the shopping basket without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping basket by clicking on the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.
3. CONTRACTUAL LANGUAGE, STORAGE OF CONTRACTUAL TEXT
The language(s) available for the conclusion of the contract: German, English, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Polish.
We store the text of the contract and send you the order data and our General Terms and Conditions in text form. For security reasons, the text of the contract is no longer accessible via the Internet.
4. DELIVERY CONDITIONS
We deliver free of shipping costs within Germany from a shopping basket value of € 69.00.
In principle, you have the option of collecting the goods from Zefi Beauty GmbH, Franz-Joseph-Str. 40, 80801 Munich, Germany during the business hours stated below: 09:30 - 17:30
5. PAYMENT
In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available to you:
Prepayment
If you choose payment in advance, we will inform you of our bank details in a separate e-mail and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
Credit card
When you place your order, you enter your credit card details. After your legitimation as a legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction will be carried out automatically and your card will be charged.
Klarna PayNow credit card
You enter your credit card details when you place your order. After your legitimation as a legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction will be carried out automatically and your card will be charged immediately after the goods have been dispatched.
Klarna PayNow direct debit
After a successful address and credit check during the ordering process, you issue a SEPA direct debit mandate to the online provider Klarna when placing the order. Klarna will inform you about the date of the account debit (so-called prenotification). Upon submission of the direct debit mandate, Klarna will request your bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically and your account is debited. The account will be debited after the goods have been dispatched. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have a bank account activated for online banking, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction to us. Purchase on account via Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.de), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer purchase on account as a payment option. Please note that Klarna invoice is only available to consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna in each case.
