Tasks:
- Responsibility for office management, administration, and general administrative tasks, as well as for the organization of internal company processes
- Handling day-to-day operations: B2B and B2C orders (order entry and processing)

- Processing orders in third countries, including customs clearance
- Serving as a central point of contact internally and externally: logistics partners, tax offices, agencies, etc.
- Organizing internal business processes
- Preparatory accounting tasks in collaboration with management and our tax office
- Processing and coordinating product purchases
- Updating and maintaining customer data
- Correspondence with customers
- Operational support of management
- Coordination of visitors and appointments
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training and/or university degree
- 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in both German and English, spoken and written
- Proactive team player
- Interest in beauty products and their distribution
- Organizational and improvisational talent, as well as high social competence
- Commitment, assertiveness, and negotiation skills
- Teamwork and flexibility
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with inventory management software is an advantage
