Saturate your hair completely with water. Create a lather with a small amount of shampoo in your hands, then massage it into your scalp and roots, working from the nape of your neck upwards. For best results, we suggest washing your hair twice.

We use minimal packaging for all orders, which are shipped from our Munich warehouse via DHL or UPS. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.

For orders within the European Union and Switzerland, we will refund the product price and initial shipping costs. For orders outside the European Union and Switzerland, the customer is responsible for all shipping and return costs.
